Pregnancy Rates in the U.S. Continue to Drop, CDC Report Shows
Since hitting the high mark in 1990, teen pregnancy has declined 52% for 15-17 year-olds and 36% for 18-19 year-olds according to a new study released by the CDC. The figures followed the continuing downward trend after the release of 2009 data, the most recent data available. Pregnancy, birth and abortion rates reached historic lows for teenagers.
